The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the Fox Valley Centre for Health (the “Property”). Lee Asher and Chris Bodnar of the CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group partnered with William Novelli, Jr. in the Illinois market to act as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.
The Property is located in St. Charles, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago, less than three miles from Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital. Built in 2009, the two-story, 45,397-rentable square foot facility was constructed with the highest quality finishes and is the only Class A medical office building in the submarket.
The Property is currently 87.5% leased with 53.8% leased to Advocate Medical Group. Advocate Medical Group is part of Advocate Health Care (Moody’s ‘A2’), one of the top 10 health care systems in the country, and the largest health care delivery system in the state of Illinois. In addition, 14.2% of the Property is leased by DuPage Medical Group, Illinois’ leading multi-specialty group practice, with more than 560 primary care and specialty physicians in more than 70 locations. Medical services offered at the Property include mammography, obstetrics & gynecology, pediatrics, otolaryngology (ENT), audiology, dermatology, reproductive medicine and dentistry.
