Among the future tenants garnering headlines at the emerging 84South commercial and residential development underway just off U.S. Interstate 41 in Greenfield, Wis., a Milwaukee suburb, is Portillo’s, a famous Chicago-based restaurant chain featuring Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago-style hotdogs, hamburgers, chocolate cake and other items.
