Pending $2.75 billion purchase would propel HTA to the top of the MOB ownership list.
Just as this edition of Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ was about to go to press, we learned that Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Healthcare Trust of America Inc. (NYSE: HTA) had agreed to acquire the entire MOB portfolio of Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp (NYSE: DRE) for about $2.75 billion.
