Greater Houston area community will set a new standard of senior housing in the area
Clear Lake, TX – The Shores at Clearlake, a new assisted living and memory care community being developed in the greater Houston area, is one step closer to opening. Recently, the new development broke ground in anticipation of opening in mid 2018. Owned by Meridian Real Estate Advisors it is being managed by Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior living management company. This property joins three other Meridian properties managed by ISL including Shavano Park, The Pointe at Lifespring and The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail.

In Phase One of the development, the community will offer 66 assisted living and 34 memory care apartments, with future independent living expansion capabilities in place. Situated on 9.1 acres, the 85,000 single story community features Spanish-Mediterranean styling.
