COLUMBIA, S.C. – An affiliate of Washington, D.C.-based The Wardman Group has acquired Summers Landing Polo Road, a 92-unit senior housing property in Columbia, S.C. Wardman hired Carlsbad, Calif.-based Integral Senior Living (ISL) to manage the property.
