Located in the heart of Dallas, the Property is a two-story, 35,709 rentable square foot Ophthalmology Center of Excellence that is 100% leased by Key-Whitman. The Key-Whitman Eye Center offers specialty procedures with only the most advanced equipment and techniques for LASIK, cataract surgery, macular degeneration, diabetic eye care, retinal and cornea care, glaucoma management, eyelid surgery and other cosmetic procedures.
