Although it looks like we will end 2016 with total medical office building (MOB) sales volumes that will be less than the record-setting levels of 2015, investor demand remains strong, according to the newly released “Medical Office Building Quarterly Update” from the healthcare-focused strategic advisory and investment banking firm Hammond Hanlon Camp (H2C).
