The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group acted as the exclusive advisor for the sale of the Flower Mound Medical Portfolio in Flower Mound, Texas.

The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the Flower Mound Medical Portfolio (the “Property”) in Flower Mound, Texas. Lee Asher and Chris Bodnar of the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group acted as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.

The Property consists of two adjacent, class A medical office buildings totaling 34,910 rentable square feet and is 100% occupied with 46% leased to multiple strong credit tenants including Texas Health Resources (Moody’s ‘Aa2’) and USMD | Medical Clinic of North Texas (NASDAQ:USMD). The third anchor is OrthoTexas Physicians and Surgeons, one of the leading orthopedic groups in Dallas with 25 physicians and 250 employees.
