Park Nicollet Health Services opens Park Nicollet Rehabilitation Services and Physicians Neck & Back Center
Minneapolis, MN (December 20, 2016) — Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Park Nicollet Health Services celebrated the grand opening of Park Nicollet Rehabilitation Services and Physicians Neck & Back Center. The 26,000-square foot, one-story, retail medical office building is located between three major medical centers, including Park Nicollet Clinic and Specialty Center, Maple Grove Hospital, and Fairview Medical Center and is the latest addition to Ryan’s medical development corridor in the northwest suburbs and the newest building in The Grove, a 200-acre Ryan developed, master planned retail center.
“Ryan is excited to support Park Nicollet’s continued growth in the community and to see the expansion of the growing healthcare corridor in the northwest suburbs,” said Erwin Effler III, Vice President of Healthcare Real Estate Development for Ryan. “By building on the team synergy from the recently completed Park Nicollet Clinic and Specialty Center and leveraging Ryan’s integrated services, we delivered this facility about three months faster than a typical medical office building. Additional healthcare projects developed by Ryan include Grove Health and the recently completed Grove Health West medical office buildings in Maple Grove and 610 Medical Center in Brooklyn Park, scheduled for completion in Summer 2017.
Park Nicollet Rehabilitation Services will offer comprehensive physical therapy, hand therapy, pediatric rehabilitation, wound care and chronic pain services, as well as a large expansion of their sports rehabilitation program with the addition of a full turf throwing lane and video analysis.
Physicians Neck & Back Center is a specialty care division of Park Nicollet Health Services and HealthPartners, focused on treating non-surgical chronic neck and back pain.
Ryan provided development, capital markets, construction, civil engineering and property management services and St. Paul-based BWBR Architects provided architecture services.
