GASTONIA, NC, November 7, 2016 – Brackett Flagship Properties has completed its latest acquisition in the Charlotte metropolitan area. 2544 Court Drive, a two building medical campus located in Gastonia, North Carolina is the most recent addition to the Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund II portfolio.

The buildings total approximately 30,000 square feet and sit on a 4.5 acre site across from CaroMont Regional Medical Center.  They are anchored by CaroMont Health practices, including CaroMont Endocrinology, CaroMont Pulmonary Medicine, CaroMont Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and Gastonia Surgical Associates. Carolinas HealthCare System Levine Children’s Hospital – Gastonia Children’s Clinic and Metrolina Nephrology bring the campus to 100% occupancy.
