Daniel Turley of the JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group served as the seller’s exclusive advisor.

The sale involved two institutional quality medical office buildings with a total of 69,196 rentable square feet located adjacent to the 73-bed Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen. The Properties are currently 87 percent leased to a desirable mix of primary care and specialty physician practice groups including Texas Health Resources’ physician group. The buildings feature critical uses including a surgery center and imaging.
