TORONTO – Toronto-based Mainstreet Health Investments (MHI), the investment arm of Carmel, Ind.-based Mainstreet, continues to grow its senior portfolio, as it recently acquired seven senior communities with 739 beds and five developable parcels in the United States and Canada for $152 million.
