MADISON, Ala. – A partnership of Dallas-based Cobalt Seniors and Miami Beach, Fla.-based Shepherd Health recently announced that it plans to start construction soon on Shepherd Living at The Range, a 124-resident community offering “spa-like living” on 14 acres in Madison, a growing suburb of Huntsville, Ala.
