Heartis Arlington staff, Caddis executives, Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams (center), Mayor Pro Tem Sheri Capehart and representatives from the Arlington Police Department celebrated the opening of Heartis Arlington.

The newly opened Heartis Arlington senior living community offers residents a host of amenities, including a bistro, Internet café and a large fitness center with access to an outdoor courtyard.

The event included attendance by city officials and a donation by the assisted living and memory care residence to the Arlington Police Department

ARLINGTON and DALLAS, Texas, Aug. 3, 2016 – Caddis, a national healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Dallas, recently held a grand opening for the 81-unit, 67,000 square foot Heartis® Arlington senior living community at 3424 W. Interstate 20 in Arlington, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.

The assisted living and memory care community was developed and is owned by Caddis and managed by Portland, Ore.-based Frontier Management. In addition to Caddis executives and Heartis Arlington staff, Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams, Mayor Pro Tem Sheri Capehart and representatives from the Arlington Police

Department attended the event. Heartis Arlington also presented a donation to the police department on behalf of the community.

The architect for Heartis Arlington was Austin, Texas-based Pi Architects Inc., and the general contractor was the Dallas office of Weis Buildings. Construction debt financing was provided by Kansas City, Mo.-based UMB Bank NA.
