Appoints Eric Coburn Managing Director

New York, April 13, 2016 – Duff & Phelps, the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor, announced that Eric Coburn has joined the firm as a managing director in the Healthcare M&A Advisory Practice.

Eric has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector working with payors and providers, and has managed a variety of M&A and financing transactions for private and public companies, not-for-profit, private equity firms and state agencies. He has extensive expertise in managed care and outsourced clinical services, where most recently he has been especially active in physician related transactions. His transaction experience includes home health, behavioral health, clinical laboratory, hospitals and long-term care/senior living.
