BALTIMORE – Hammes Partners has acquired the three-story, 45,000 square foot Riverside Wharf MOB at 1420 Key Highway in Baltimore from Caves Valley Partners for $23 million, the Baltimore Business Journal reports.

SPOKANE, Wash. – North Gorge Commercial Partners LLC, an affiliate of developer Greenstone Corp., has started work on a $4.5 million, three-story, 36,000 square foot MOB in the mixed-use Kendall Yards district of downtown Spokane, local news media reports.
