Those deemed responsible have already been reassigned

Noting that the executives responsible for the delays and cost overruns at its Aurora, Colo., replacement hospital campus have already left their positions, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) recently announced that “no additional adverse personnel actions will be taken.”
