MANSFIELD, Ohio – In the northern Ohio community of Mansfield, located midway between Columbus and Cleveland via Interstate 71, OhioHealth last fall opened a new $80 million, “state-of-the-art” medical office and outpatient surgery facility next to the existing OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.

SOUTH MIAMI, Fla. – Partners Paragon Group and Oxford Universal Design Build recently began leasing for a five-story, 62,000 square foot MOB on 0.9 acres at 6101 S.W. 72nd St. (Sunset Drive) in South Miami, according to the local South Florida Business Journal.
