REIT to expand Memorial Hermann relationship with additional medical office

HCP Inc. (NYSE: HCP), the healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquired 11 on-campus medical office buildings (MOBs) from Memorial Hermann Health System last year, plans to expand its holdings with a new ground-up development on the Houston-based system’s hospital campus in The Woodlands, Texas.
