HREI™ learns that investment firm was behind recent acquisitions in Waco, Texas

Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ has learned that HP Waco Six Medical LLC, the buyer of a two-building medical office portfolio that changed hands in October 2015, is an affiliate of Hammes Partners, a national healthcare real estate private equity firm. The Hammes Partners’ affiliate acquired the properties from Central Texas Medical Investments Ltd., a physician-owned limited partnership.
