Outpatient Projects: Paragon and Oxford start leasing planned five-story, 62,000 square foot MOB in South Miami

SOUTH MIAMI, Fla. – Partners Paragon Group and Oxford Universal Design Build recently began leasing for a five-story, 62,000 square foot MOB on 0.9 acres at 6101 S.W. 72nd St. (Sunset Drive) in South Miami, according to the local South Florida Business Journal.

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – HCA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HCA) says it plans to build a 119,000 square foot medical office building (MOB), a 259,000 square foot general office building and a six-story parking garage at the American International Group (AIG) Inc. campus in Brentwood that it acquired in 2014.
