(Woodridge, Ill.) – Morgan / Harbour is pleased to announce that the firm completed a new ground-up, 25,000 square foot medical office building for Presence Health. The new Presence Healing Arts Pavilion is located at 16615 S. Route 59 in Plainfield, Illinois. Irgens Partners, LLC is the project developer and owner of the new facility.
The new 25,000 square foot facility includes a full imaging suite with CT, X-Ray, and MRI capabilities. Morgan / Harbour also constructed 33 exam rooms, an immediate care center, physical therapy training facilities and a patient concierge lobby. The new medical center features high-end finishes throughout to facilitate a high-quality patient experience and comfort level. The single-story, brick and stone structure also includes a dramatic glass curtain wall, parking lot to accommodate 125 vehicles and extensive exterior lighting.
Ben Warriner, executive vice president of Morgan / Harbour was the project executive for Morgan / Harbour Construction, with Scott Staros, project manager and Kieran Towe, project superintendent rounding-out the construction team. Jensen & Halstead, Ltd. provided architectural services.
