Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (January 19, 2016) – Cypress West Partners, a Southern California-based healthcare investment, leasing and property management firm, has announced that it has been chosen by Orlando-based CNL Healthcare Properties to manage a three-building medical office campus totaling approximately 140,000 square feet of space. The properties, located from 2825-2865 Siena Heights Drive in the city of Henderson, NV, are 80 percent occupied.
Major tenants in the buildings include Dignity Health, Healthcare Partners (now DaVita), and United Healthcare Services. Known as Siena Medical Pavilion, the medical office campus is located on the campus of the St. Rose Dominicans Siena Hospital, a Dignity Health hospital. To accommodate the growing health care needs of Henderson, St. Rose Dominican opened its 219-bed Siena Campus in 2000 and has recently expanded with a new 100 bed tower.
“This assignment marks our entry into the greater Las Vegas market. Cypress West has brought Elizabeth Weaver on board as Property Manager to oversee property management of the Henderson campus. “Elizabeth is a great addition to our team. She brings more than eight years of medical office experience in the Las Vegas market to this assignment,” said Johnson.
