Anytime a medical office building (MOB) with a Beverly Hills, Calif., address sells, one can rest assured that the sales price will be quite eye popping. And that’s exactly the case with the recent transaction involving the building at 9033 Wilshire Blvd., at the intersection with Wetherly Drive.
