Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher of the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group teamed with Paul Carr, Steven Perovich and Marcus Yamamoto in Seattle for the disposition assignment. The Sky River Medical Center is a 48,804 rentable square foot medical office building in Monroe, Washington. The Class ‘A’ medical facility is located on the campus of EvergreenHealth Monroe Medical Center and was completed in 2005.
