A new medical real estate firm is off to a great start! Formed in 2014, DONATI Health Partners (DHP) is an Atlanta based medical real estate firm, specializing in outpatient care and medical office buildings, outdoor medical malls, freestanding ED’s, urgent care and physician consolidation facilities. Breaking ground on a 42,000 SF orthopedic project in Hattiesburg, MS, in March 2016, DHP also has medical office developments in Colorado and Florida and has proposals out for new facilities in two markets in Georgia. DHP understands the full range of issues that providers are facing in today’s healthcare environment including the pressures for providers to reduce cost, conserve capital, be conveniently located, maximize market coverage, and most importantly, improve the ability of the provider to deliver care to its population.
Mr. Donati has spent his entire 32-year career in the medical facility industry. His diverse background includes personally planning, designing, leasing, developing and building more than 4 million square feet of medical buildings across the country, including several years in senior level business development and strategic management roles. Prior to forming DONATI Health Partners, Damian served for 8 years as VP Strategic Relations with Lillibridge, one of the nation’s largest owners of MOBs. Majoring in Architecture Damian joined a Memphis based MOB consultant in 1983, then shifted to medical development in 1992 in Dallas, and finally to MOB ownership in the 2000’s in Atlanta. DHP staff includes additional veteran medical facility executives focused on superb client attention.
