The Property is 100% leased to Clearview Regional Medical Center and guaranteed by Health Management Associates (HMA) on a triple-net (NNN) lease. Clearview Regional Medical Center and HMA are both owned by CHS/Community Health Systems (NYSE:CYH), one of the nation’s leading operators of general acute care hospitals. The facility is leased on behalf of the Clearview Endoscopy Center, Clearview Womens Healthcare and Alcovy Gastroenterology.
