Los Angeles, CA (December 2, 2015) — Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has completed a 10-year, 18,500-square-foot lease with UCLA Health in the South Bay market of Los Angeles County. Located at The Financial Center at 501 Deep Valley Drive in Rolling Hills Estates, UCLA Health, which previously occupied 7,500 square feet on the asset’s ground floor, will now occupy an additional two full floors.

Executive Managing Directors Sean O’Leary and Maury Gentile and Associate Director Max Schneider from NGKF’s El Segundo office, completed the transaction on behalf of the tenant, UCLA Health. The landlord is West Coast Capital Partners.

“After reviewing multiple locations in various submarkets, 501 Deep Valley was chosen as the best option for our client’s space needs,” said O’Leary.

Built in 1987, The Financial Center totals 32,000 square feet and includes medical and office users. The four-story, Class A property also includes an adjacent parking structure and features high end finishes and upgraded common areas. It is well-located near abundant shopping and dining amenities and is in proximity to the Promenade on the Peninsula Mall.

UCLA Health Palos Verdes is part of a 150-office network of primary care and specialty offices the health system operates in Southern California, providing access to physicians in the specialties of family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, cardiology and dermatology.
