Forest Park Medical Center San Antonio is a physician majority-owned and governed hospital focused on providing the highest quality care with the latest technology in the most pleasing environment. FPMC San Antonio Realty Partners LP, the property’s real estate ownership entity, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in October 2015. Forest Park Medical Center at San Antonio, LLC, the hospital’s operator, ceased business operations in October 2015 as well. The hospital license has been temporarily suspended by the state. Acquisition of the existing on-site furniture and equipment is negotiable as part of the sale.
