More trouble on horizon for D.C. mixed-use project with 1 million s.f. of medical space

It’s been a long haul for a development partnership proposing the Vision McMillan project in Washington, D.C., a redevelopment plan for a vacated water filtration plant that could include up to 1 million square feet of new medical office, research and perhaps some inpatient space.
