Raymond James announced that Jack Dudick has joined the firm’s Healthcare Finance group as managing director and head of Healthcare Real Estate. Dudick has more than 15 years of broad industry experience and has facilitated more than $1 billion of healthcare real estate acquisition, development, joint venture, and M&A transactions.
“Jack’s experience in the real estate and healthcare finance sectors make him a natural fit for our team and a strategic partner to clients,” said Rob Baird, executive vice president and head of Public Finance/Debt Investment Banking at Raymond James. “Adding his knowledge of both disciplines to our seasoned team of professionals strengthens the superior counsel and service we provide all clients.”
Dudick joins Raymond James’ Chicago office from HFF, where he established a national healthcare capital markets platform comprised of investment sales, debt/equity placement and real estate advisory. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Dudick previously served as senior vice president of investments at Lillibridge Healthcare Services Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ventas (NYSE: VTR), and prior to that as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen in their real estate services group.
“Jack has been successful at quickly growing practices and is a great fit to shepherd our continued steady growth,” said Joe Beck, managing director and co-head of the Healthcare Finance group. “His unique perspective will be a great asset to clients and to the team as we expand the reach of our full-service platform.”
