August 31, 2015 – Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund is pleased to announce its acquisition of Wesvill Medical & Professional Building in Raleigh, North Carolina. The class “A”, 3-story, 35,284 square-foot medical and professional office building is fully leased and makes the 11th investment for the Fund.

Charlotte-based Brackett Flagship Properties will provide asset and property management services for the building and its tenants.
Built in 2002, the property has been owned continuously by an owner-occupant partnership and is ideally situated in West Raleigh, one of Raleigh’s healthiest and most desirable submarkets. Located just outside the I-440 beltline, Wesvill Medical & Professional Building is easily accessible via Lake Boone Trail and Blue Ridge Road and is located directly across from UNC Rex Hospital.
