Indianapolis, IN – August 24, 2015 –Cornerstone Companies, Inc. recently announced the building of a new Medical Office Building (MOB) adjacent to Anson in Zionsville, Indiana. The local medical real estate development company and Wurster Construction broke ground on the building, which is located at the entrance to the upscale Stonegate neighborhood, mid-June. The building will be part of the Indiana University Healthcare’s off campus health care delivery system in Zionsville, Indiana.
The new addition will have 16,000 rentable square feet, and will be a one-story, garden-style medical office building with masonry upgrades. It will offer Primary Care, OB/GYN, physical therapy, and Urgent Care services. The Urgent Care will have extended hours. The building was designed by American Structurepoint, and is set to open December 2015.
