Optimal Completes Acquisition of Multi-Tenant Medical Office Building and Announces Plans for New Development in Port St. Lucie
Optimal Outcomes is excited to announce the acquisition of a two-story 41,750 square foot medical office building located in the Tradition community of Port St Lucie, FL. The fully leased building is adjacent to Martin Health’s Tradition Medical Center, a 90-bed acute care hospital that recently opened in 2014. As part of the same transaction, Optimal Outcomes also acquired an additional 7.5 acres of contiguous land entitled for additional medical office development.
“Having some familiarity with the Tradition market and with Martin Health System we are very excited to acquire the existing building, but it was the opportunity to acquire the additional land contiguous to a new hospital that made this a high-priority target for us,” said Optimal Outcomes Principal Andy Boggini. “As a healthcare development company, we really viewed this as one of those rare opportunities that doesn’t come along very often.”
Optimal Outcomes has begun planning additional medical development on the adjacent parcels to address the growing medical needs in the surrounding area and to support the planned growth of the neighboring Tradition Medical Center.
