News Release: I.M. Construction Group Completes New Illinois Bone & Joint Building in Libertyville

(Skokie, Illinois) – I.M. Construction Group (IMCG) is pleased to announce that the firm has completed the renovation of a new space for the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI), a leader in orthopedic care in the Chicago metropolitan area with more than 20 locations.

IMCG completed the construction of the 7,500 square foot, single-story, masonry building owned by IBJI and located at 724 Florsheim Drive in Libertyville, Illinois. Construction included the complete demolition of the existing interior and the build-out of new medical office space with therapy areas and exam rooms. IBJI is relocating its physical and occupational therapy space to the new building from an adjacent location at 720 Florsheim Drive, where it will also continue to maintain operations.

The construction team for IMCG was led by the firm’s President, Bob Nomellini; Project Manager Kent Nepras, and Len Corso was the superintendent. Brubaker Architects provided the architectural services. IMCG, an affiliate of The Missner Group, has completed numerous ground-up and build-out projects for IBJI including facilities in Chicago, Lincolnwood, Des Plaines and Wilmette, Illinois.
