Atlee Development is pleased to announce the opening of their most recent medical office building development in Longview, Texas.
801 Medical Circle is an 80,000 SF MOB located on the Longview Regional Medical Center Campus in Longview, Texas.
The opening of the new medical office building marks the completion of the final phase of the hospitals expansion plan, which began in 2012. The hospitals expansion has nearly doubled the size of the Longview Regional Medical Center. The 230 bed hospital serves the greater East, Texas region.
Atlee Development also recently announced the development of a new 43,000 SF medical office building in Aledo, Texas. The state of the art medical office building will be located near the northwest corner of Bailey Ranch Road and Highway 1187, 18 miles West of Fort Worth, Texas.
Construction of the medical office building will begin in July 2015.
The addition of the Aledo medical office building will improve access to emergency care and other vital services needed in the community.
