- Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD), a Bethesda, Md.-based commercial real estate finance firm, announced that it has made a one-year, $11 million acquisition bridge loan for Fort Myers, Fla.-based Campo Felice Riverfront Housing. Plans call for the loan to be used to convert a vacant hotel into a 323-unit independent living facility. The MacFarlane Group LLC announced that it has already secured government incentives for the project.
