Outpatient Projects: OSU’s Wexner Med Center plans 100,000 s.f. MOB in Columbus, Ohio, suburb

UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio – Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center recently announced plans for a future 100,000 square foot MOB at the Kingsdale Shopping Center in Upper Arlington, about eight miles northwest of Columbus.

Outpatient Projects: Upstate New York’s Orange Regional issuing $75 million in bonds for new facilities

MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – The New York State Dormitory Authority recently approved Orange Regional Medical Center’s plan to issue up to $75 million in bonds that would finance development of a five-story, 153,000 square foot MOB and a single-story, 26,000 square foot cancer center.

Healthcare Realty Trust is redeveloping its Midtown Medical Plaza I and II on the campus of Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, investing a reported $47.8 million on a 70,000 expansion and the construction of a new parking garage.

HOUSTON – Texas Children’s Hospital and the Houston office of FKP Architects say they plan to begin a $506 million expansion of the hospital, adding a 19-story, 640,000 square foot pediatric tower on top of the existing six-story tower at 6621 Fannin St. in Houston.
