- Seattle-based Colliers International has beefed up its healthcare real estate capabilities in North Texas by acquiring Dallas-based CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners LLC. The acquisition of the boutique commercial real estate firm adds 50 professionals to Colliers International’s Dallas-Fort Worth area team, bringing its total in the area to 182. The CASE entities are being rebranded as Colliers International in order to expand the company’s medical office, retail and private investment sales in the DFW area.
