FORT THOMAS, Ky. – New York-based Cain Brothers & Co. LLC, an independent investment banking firm that focuses exclusively on the healthcare industry, recently served as the sole investment banking advisor for the direct bank placement bond financing of $18.63 million for Carmel Manor, a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Fort Thomas, a suburb of Cincinnati.
