JENNERSVILLE, Pa., and WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., June 1, 2015 – Seavest Healthcare Properties LLC, in partnership with developer Anchor Health Properties, has announced the June 2 grand opening of Penn Medicine Southern Chester County. The new medical office building (MOB) in rapidly growing Jennersville, a Philadelphia suburb, is fully leased and anchored by Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital.
The two-story, 72,000 square foot Penn Medicine Southern Chester County is located at the easily accessible northeast corner of Route 1 and Route 796 in Jennersville. The steel-framed, brick and metal clad ambulatory care facility features primary and specialty care physician offices, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, and laboratory services.

Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital is a University of Pennsylvania (Penn) Health System hospital. The new MOB is leased by Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital, which leases about 80 percent of the facility, and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and independent physicians, who lease the remaining space. The property is owned by Seavest and Anchor and physician-tenants.
