- Brandon Muzik recently joined Chicago-based Stage Equity Partners LLC, an HRE investment company, as director of acquisitions. According to Stage Equity principals Brian Howard and Russell Brenner, Mr. Muzik’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting and closing company transactions. Before joining the firm, Mr. Muzik was senior acquisitions analyst at Chicago-based Ventas Inc. (NYSE: VTR), where he helped close more than $1.6 billion in HRE acquisitions and M&A transactions. He started his HRE career in 2006 within the asset management group at Lillibridge Healthcare Services, which later became part of Ventas.
