The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the Pinnacle Orthopaedics Medical Office Building in Marietta, Georgia for $13,050,000 or $320 per square foot. Lee Asher and Chris Bodnar of the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group and McWhirter Realty Partners acted as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.
The Property is 40,824 square feet and is 100% leased by WellStar Health System and Pinnacle Orthopaedics. Pinnacle Orthopaedics, which leases 88% of the Property, specializes in providing quality orthopaedic services, physical therapy, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to patients utilizing the most up-to-date technologies and surgical techniques to provide the highest care possible. The practice has six offices in Cobb, Cherokee and Paulding counties with 20 specialists that cover the entire spectrum of musculoskeletal care – both operative and non-operative – including hand, foot and ankle, trauma and fractures, joint replacements and reconstruction, limb lengthening and deformity repair, spine, pain management and sports medicine. The remaining square footage at the Property is leased by WellStar Health System (Moody’s ‘Aa3’) for their Urology Procedure Center.
