Grand Rapids, MI – May 5, 2015 – As we continue to expand our footprint in the Grand Rapids market, Bradley Company is pleased to announce the addition of eight new dynamic team members.
In 2014, Bradley Company launched its Grand Rapids office, naming seasoned 27-year veteran in commercial real estate, John A. Mundell III, CPM, SIOR, as Corporate Vice President. Peg O’Dowd quickly joined him as an office manager and licensed Associate. One year later, due to the growth of our brokerage and asset services platform, we are adding additional talent to meet our clients’ needs.
Evan Riggle has joined Bradley Company as the Associate Director of our Multi Housing Advisory Investment Group concentrating on the areas of Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Previously, Riggle was with the Reichle Klein Group, a commercial real estate services company in Toledo, Ohio. Jeff Korte has been named Bradley Company’s Director of Asset Services and will specialize in the property management side of our business in the Grand Rapids market. Jeff was the Vice President of McGraw Construction, a commercial contractor in Grand Rapids, for 19 years and is the developer and part owner of The Bicycle Factory in downtown Grand Rapids. He was drawn to the Bradley Company culture. “It’s a sharp group. Mitchell Patzer, who started with Bradley Company last May as an intern, has been promoted to Associate after graduating with his degree in Finance from Grand Valley State. We’ve added two maintenance technicians to service all of our properties as well as two storage managers at Alpine Secure. Lastly, we’ve hired an intern for our Grand Rapids office.
