INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis-based Cornerstone Companies Inc. recently landed a contract to provide property management and leasing services for a 676,473 square foot portfolio of MOBs in Ohio and Indiana.
The new owner of the buildings is New York-based NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF), which gained ownership of the facilities through its recent $4 billion acquisition of Irvine, Calif.-based Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II (G-A REIT II).
