Minneapolis (April 17, 2015) – The Opus Group (Opus) announced today the appointment of 31-year industry veteran Tom Shaver as president, Opus Healthcare™, a division of Opus Development Company, L.L.C., and an expansion of services into the healthcare sector.

Shaver brings more than three decades of commercial real estate experience, including managing entitlements, structuring and financing deals, and identifying opportunities.
