SAN DIEGO and ATLANTA – April 14, 2015 – Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC (“H2C”), a healthcare-focused strategic advisory and investment banking firm, welcomes Robert S. Burton as a Vice President in the Atlanta office and Nicholas R. Beale as an Associate in the San Diego office. Rob joins the team from Level-1 Research, LLC, while Nick comes to H2C from Scotiabank in New York and Toronto.
With the addition of these experienced industry professionals, H2C enhances its ability to provide advice and execution services related to strategy, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and capital markets to the firm’s expanding client roster of healthcare service organizations and related companies.

Rob joins H2C with more than ten years of experience across roles in investment banking and the healthcare industry providing advisory services to healthcare clients in connection with strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and capital-raising activities. Before joining the team, Rob was a Partner at Level-1 Research, LLC, a provider of business intelligence, market analysis, and M&A news to healthcare provider clients and advisory firms. His previous experience also includes providing capital to middle market companies as an Associate with PNC Mezzanine Capital, as well as execution experience across a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions with Barclays Structured Principal Investing LP, the Leveraged Finance group at Barclays Capital, and the Industrials group at J.P. Morgan.
Prior to joining H2C, Nick spent over three years in the investment banking industry advising clients on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, including strategic advisory, merger and acquisition, hostile defense, and equity and debt financings. Most recently, Nick was an Associate in Scotiabank’s Investment Banking department in New York and Toronto, where he provided M&A and capital markets advisory services.
