(Skokie, Illinois) – I.M. Construction Group (IMCG) is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to renovate a new space for the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) located at 724 Florsheim Drive in Libertyville, Illinois.
A leader in orthopedic care in the Chicago metropolitan area with more than 20 locations, IBJI specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The firm currently operates a branch at 720 Florsheim Drive in Libertyville and has purchased an adjacent building to accommodate its operational needs.
Construction to the recently purchased 7,500 square foot, single-story, masonry building will begin in April with a completion scheduled for July 2015. Construction will include the complete demolition of the existing interior and the build-out of new medical office space. Once complete, IBJI will relocate its physical and occupational therapy space to the new building, which will also include additional exam rooms.
The construction team for IMCG will be led by the firm’s President, Bob Nomellini; Project Manager Kent Nepras, and Angelo Christopher will serve as the superintendent. Brubaker Architects is providing the architectural services. IMCG, is an affiliate of The Missner Group, which has completed numerous ground-up and build-out projects for the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute including facilities in Chicago, Lincolnwood, Des Plaines and Wilmette, Illinois.
