Firm will use funds to recapitalize and expand Seattle-area senior living campus

National Health Investors Inc. (NYSE: NHI) recently announced finalization of a $154.5 million loan to Timber Ridge at Talus, a Seattle-area entrance-fee senior living community. The Class A community, located in the southeast suburb of Issaquah, will use the funds to recapitalize and significantly expand its existing campus.
