Brown Gibbons Lang Real Estate Partners’ (BGLRP) National Healthcare Group, a division of Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading middle market investment bank, is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew R. Larwood and Allen C. Inman as Senior Associates in the company’s National Healthcare Real Estate Group.
BGLRP’s National Healthcare Group operates in all U.S. markets, specializing in providing healthcare real estate owners, investors, and developers with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, as well as assisting healthcare providers in developer selection, debt and equity financing, capital restructuring, and monetizing healthcare real estate assets.
Andrew R. Larwood joins BGLRP from the healthcare capital markets sector of a national healthcare real estate advisory group. During his tenure, he focused on growing the healthcare capital markets platform from the ground up. Andrew provides healthcare real estate owners, investors, and developers with tactical acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies.
Allen C. Inman’s previous experience as an analyst with a hedge fund for five years enables him to blend his unique financial skill set with his knowledge of commercial real estate finance that ultimately provides clients with a comprehensive approach in evaluating their operating and real estate objectives. Allen will aid in developing BGLRP’s national healthcare platform by sourcing new business opportunities and furthering existing relationships with developers, investors, and healthcare providers alike.
“Andrew and Allen bring continued depth and breadth of experience to our growing team,” says Clinton Parker, Managing Director and co-leader of BGL’s National Healthcare Real Estate Group.
“Our clients will be well-served by their knowledge of the healthcare market and their ability to provide acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies that maximize value and achieve our clients’ goals and objectives,” says Christopher Stai, Managing Director and co-leader of BGL’s National Healthcare Real Estate Group. Adding “their presence in Atlanta enables the platform to further extend BGLRP’s services in geographic areas where the consolidation and alignment of healthcare systems and physicians will continue to drive real estate decisions and require capital market solutions”.
